Of manual bank feed work automated in QuickBooks Online and Xero
The Business plan covers one business. Accounting firms get the same AI Bookkeeper across their client books.
Invite AI Bookkeeper to QuickBooks Online as a user, or connect Xero. It uses the bank feeds you already have, so there is no second bank connection to set up.
It studies up to two years of your past transactions, vendors, chart of accounts, documents and corrections, depending on what your platform and setup make available.
It reviews new bank feed transactions, categorizes them and matches them to existing or newly created records and to supporting documents such as invoices, bills, receipts and payments. It runs in Booke's cloud, so your computer can stay off.
In QuickBooks Online it prepares transactions for reconciliation. In Xero it also carries out reconciliation steps in the cases your setup supports.
You choose your rules and review settings, such as "every transaction over $50 needs a receipt". AI Bookkeeper posts only within the rules and confidence thresholds you set.
Transactions it isn't sure about, or that look unusual, come to you with a suggested way to record them and the reason. When an expected document is missing, AI Bookkeeper asks for it.
Changes you approve, and edits you make directly in QuickBooks Online or Xero, shape the next run. Each business has its own isolated AI Brain.
You see what was done and when, with the reason and the earlier transactions behind each category. In QuickBooks Online, each categorized or matched transaction has an Undo button.
