How does Booke AI protect my data?

We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. All client data is stored in fully isolated, encrypted environments with complete database-level segregation. Each client has their own AI Brain that is completely isolated and trained exclusively on their own data with no cross-client access possible.

Does Booke AI train AI models on my client data?

Accepted Answer

No. Each Booke AI client has a fully isolated, encrypted AI Brain that is trained exclusively on their own data with zero cross-client training or data sharing. Your AI Brain learns only from your historical QuickBooks or Xero data (up to 2 years) and your manual corrections. The AI Brain continuously monitors your changes in real-time and auto-retrains before each session. When you cancel your subscription, your AI Brain and all associated data are permanently deleted within 30 days.

Can I export my data and AI configuration from Booke AI?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can export all your data anytime in CSV, JSON, or Excel formats at no cost. This includes all transaction data, categorization rules and patterns, AI Brain configuration settings, historical categorizations, client communication history, and uploaded documents. There are no restrictions or delays - exports are available instantly through your account settings.

Question 5

What happens to my data and AI Brain if I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

You have a 30-day grace period to export all your data including AI Brain configuration. After 30 days, your AI Brain and all associated data are permanently deleted from our systems including all backups. We provide written confirmation of deletion upon completion. Your data is never retained beyond the 30-day period.

Is my AI Brain shared with other Booke AI customers?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not. Each client's AI Brain is completely isolated with its own encryption keys, separate data storage, and independent model instance. Your AI Brain learns exclusively from your data and your manual corrections. There is zero cross-client learning, zero data sharing, and no possibility of data leakage between clients. Your categorization patterns and business logic remain completely private.
